Robert Fernandez, Owner & Operator
Owner and lead contractor, Robert Fernandez, is a licensed and insured general contractor whose decorated background and work ethic speak for themselves. Before starting MODERN STRUCTURES, Robert served eight years in the U.S. Army while going to college for Construction Safety. After completing his bachelor’s degree at Illinois State University, Robert worked for a commercial general contractor. Investing in your home is something Robert firmly believes in and lives by.
His idea to start MODERN STRUCTURES began after renovating his first home alongside his wife and wanting to give other homeowners a professional experience and a beautiful space to share with friends and family. When Robert is not creating a beautiful space for his clients, he and his wife, Lexi, are busy chasing their 3 young kids around, wake surfing, snowboarding, skydiving, wingsuiting, BASE jumping, rock climbing, hiking, and spending time with their friends enjoying all that Colorado has to offer.
